This evening, the Military Technological College celebrated its annual day, under the patronage of Vice Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis Al-Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces.
The ceremony began with a tour by ,the Vice Admiral Chief of Staff of the Sultan's Armed Forces, patron of the occasion, and attendees at the introductory exhibition for the Military Technological College, which included a number of departments that provided an introductory overview of the college, the engineering systems and projects, and student activity projects.
Then the students of the Military Technological College presented a silent marching parade, creating various slogans and artistic shows, in addition to presenting various segments for the enthusiastic band, the performance band luminous drums, and other segments.
To mark the college’s annual day, and within the framework of enhancing aspects of development and modernization at the college, the patron of the occasion, launched two new systems the electronic risk management system, which aims to identify, evaluate, and address potential risks, protect resources, and achieve institutional goals efficiently and effectively, in addition to reducing potential risks and improving the ability to deal with them effectively and orderly.
The other system is the (Academic IELTS English Language Test) system, which aims to conduct English language tests (Academic IELTS) and provide preparatory and qualifying courses for the same test for employees of the Ministry of Defence, the Sultan’s Armed Forces, military and security agencies, and government institutions.
It is noteworthy that the Military Technological College provides academic training programs of both theoretical and practical types based on studying the modern training needs of the Sultan’s Armed Forces for all the prescribed technical and engineering specializations, which include the specializations of systems engineering, aerospace engineering, marine engineering, civil engineering and quantity surveying, in addition to geomatics engineering. Technical courses are also held in high-tech military specializations, and specialized courses for members of the Sultan’s Armed Forces and military and security agencies.
