The Aviation Medicine Training Center of the Royal Air Force of Oman Concludes the “Basic Aviation Medicine for Doctors” Course and Obtains the Accreditation in the Training Field.




  Today, the Aviation Medicine Training Center of the Royal Air Force of Oman concluded, the course (Basic Aviation Medicine for Doctors), which was held at Al-Murtafa'a Camp, under the patronage of Air commodore Zahran bin Nasser Ambusaidi, Acting Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman. The course conducted during the period from (24/12/2023) to (4/1/2024) encompassed a variety of theoretical and practical subjects in the fundamental principles of aviation sciences and space physics. The training course also included instruction on the low-pressure atmospheric apparatus, spatial disorientation simulation, and the night vision laboratory. The center also recently obtained the approval of the Civil Aviation Authority to be accredited as a training center in the field of aviation medicine.
