Today, the Aviation Medicine Training Center of the Royal Air Force of Oman concluded, the course (Basic Aviation Medicine for Doctors), which was held at Al-Murtafa'a Camp, under the patronage of Air commodore Zahran bin Nasser Ambusaidi, Acting Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman.
The course conducted during the period from (24/12/2023) to (4/1/2024) encompassed a variety of theoretical and practical subjects in the fundamental principles of aviation sciences and space physics. The training course also included instruction on the low-pressure atmospheric
apparatus, spatial disorientation simulation, and the night vision laboratory. The center also recently obtained the approval of the Civil Aviation Authority to be accredited as a training center in the field of aviation medicine.
