The Royal Air Force of Oman concluded its 2025 Cross-Country Championship today. The event was held under the patronage of Air Commodore (Pilot) Saeed bin Amer Al-Hajri, Commander of Thumrait Air Base.
The final stage of the championship, conducted on the Royal Army of Oman track at Al-Murtafa Camp, witnessed strong competition among the teams representing the air bases of the Royal Air Force of Oman. Ghalla Air Base secured first place in the overall championship standings, while the Royal Air Force of Oman Command claimed second place, and Seeb Air Base finished third.
At the individual level, Flight Sergeant Issa bin Abdullah Al-Azizi from Ghalla Air Base won first place, while Flight Sergeant Younis bin Abdullah Al-Jabri, also from Ghalla Air Base, secured second place.
The event was attended by a number of senior officers, officers, and personnel of the Royal Air Force of Oman.
