1. Al Shafaq Club is one of the highest hotel facility Club in terms of service and the hotel facility, which aim to serve members from MOD & SAF officers whether in service or retired. Therefore, there should be an effective management to supervise the club and to comply with all the requirements and needs, which should also be up to the standard and reputation of SAF.
2. To ensure effective management, the management board has been formed which consists members from Sultan's Armed Forces and other Departments of Ministry of Defence. The board is given authority to make the policy, guideline, follow up work progress, provides consultations and suggestions that would lead to improve work and services in the club. Also given authority for the vision of future requirement of the club. In addition, there is club committee, who feed the board day today running of the club and any views and suggestion of the members to improve the hospitality and services. Additional to that to supervise and implement the direction comes from the board and the Chief of Defence Staff Sultan's Armed Forces. This committee consists members from Sultan's Armed Forces and other Departments of Ministry of Defence.
IT IS THE CONCERN OF MINISTRY OF DEFENSE & SULTAN'S ARMED FORCES TO EXTEND CONVINNIENT & COMFORTABLE FACILITIES TO ALL IT'S PERSONNEL IN FORM OF CLUBS, SERVICES & OTHER RELEVANT FACILTIES.
AL SHAFAQ CLUB IS AN EXAMPLE OF SUCH AN OBVIOUS & EXISTING FACILITY WHICH PROVIDES EXTENSIVE SERVICES TO ALL MOD & ARMED FORCES OFFICERS.
NEW ON LINE INFORMATION SYTEM WILL NOW BE INTRODUCED TO HELP TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT UPTO DATE ACTIVITIES IN FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES ON LINE TO ALL THE OFFICERS.
HENCE WE INVITE ALL THE OFFICERS TO AVAIL OF THIS ON LINE FACILITY WHICH CAN FACILITATE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OFFICERS & CLUB ADMINISTRATION.
